GoldenPride Puppies are registered with The Canadian Kennel Club on a non-breeding contract. Our aim is to raise healthy happy Golden Retrievers in our family environment.  Below defines our sales agreement and guarantee to prospective puppy owners.

YOUR GUARANTEE:  

To ensure your new family member is kept up to date on vaccinations, deworming and parasite prevention program.

To Ensure your puppy is kept on a quality diet to protect him/her from malnutrition, and health issues.

Agree to  not allowed him/her become overweight causing heart issues, and debilitating Hip/Elbow dysplasia defects.

To provide your new family member,as a part of your family and is protected from harm, illness, abuse, and malnutrtion.

To agree that breeder (Jennifer Hart) is given first right of refusal is you are unable to keep him/her for any reason.

To agree to the CKC NonBreeding contract.This puppy is not to be used for breeding purposes.

To ensure your male is not neutered before 18 months and females not spayed until 10 months. You agree to monitor intact dogs closely not allowing them to wander at large or breed until they are spayed or neutered.

To agree to keeping your puppy on our suggested NuVet Suppliment for the first two years of your puppys life to ensure proper growth and health.

To agree all training methods to be humane and kind. I offer lifetime breeder support.

SPAY NEUTER AGREEMENT:

Through extensive research, we require all new puppy owners to sign a agreement in where no male puppies be neutered before 18 months and females not before 12 months. Early spay/neuter has medical evidence supporting natural grown hormones are needed for normal healthy development in growing puppies until maturity!

OUR GUARANTEE:

Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and vet checked at the time of sale.  He/she has been seen by our veterinarian and inoculated with the first preliminary shots, microchipped for identification, and preventative worming have been administered prior to puppies going to new homes.  Hip, Elbow, Heart and Eye clearances are for hereditary diseases which are common in the Golden Retriever breed.  We offer a 24 month guarantee from date of birth. Health guarantees a replacement puppy and this guarantee will be honored  after providing proof by a board certified genetic specialist confirming the genetic default that prohibits the dog to live our thier lives as your pet.  

We have spent endless hours researching our bloodlines to ensure each puppy genetically sound and free from clinical signs of health debilitating defects.  We test for hip and elbow dysplasia through genetic testing or x-rays and evaluated by Board Certified Radiologist. Eyes are checked by Opthamologist and Heart examined by OFA testings  Cardiologist...These screedings and tests are costly, but extremely necessary in order to provide happy healthy puppies.

All puppies are sold on a CKC Non Breeding contract for many reasons, including a strick code of ethics all reputable breeders and the CKC follows. We breed for the betterment of the breed which helps us to protect the breed and its future!

Deposits are our guarantee to you in providing you with a puppy within a year of receiving your deposit. Deposits are non refundable up until one year after deposit is received, and I have not been able to provide you with a puppy. If you have changed your comittment to us, depositis are non refundable. Deposits are transferrable to a later litter if your personal life circumstances require you wait for a better timing. 

DEPOSITS are not accepted until you have read and agreed to our agreement and guarantee.
